The best approach is to automate your data backups–we can help with that too.
If your server crashes, our first recommendation is to call in a local computer technician to assess the extent of the issue! Unfortunately, we aren’t onsite, but we want to help when we can!
Tips to Remember:
- It’s important to call in a local computer technician to diagnose the server and perform the needed repairs.
- Once the server will boot and start Windows successfully, make a simple, quck and easy call to PowerPro DMS support to reinstall PowerPro and reinstall the data if needed.
- If you have contracted with our SCTI services for backup In-the-Cloud, call our support number and we can supply the backup data.
